Chuck Tompkins
President & CEO
Chuck and his wife Linda live on a farm SE of Minot.
Chuck started Western Agency, Inc. in 1976.
He has 35 years of experience in the insurance business. In 1996, he
was voted North Dakota Agent of the Year by the ND Association of
Professional Insurance Agents (NDPIA). In 1997 he was nominated for
National Insurance Agent of the year. Chuck is also Past President of
the ND Professional Insurance Agents Association. |

Casey Tompkins
Commercial Lines Manager
Casey and his wife Tammy live on a farm 14 miles NE of
Minot. Casey has 26 years of experience in the insurance business specializes in
Crop, Contractor Insurance
and Contract Bonds. Casey also writes
farm and other commercial insurance. He is a member of the Society of
Certified Insurance Counselors as well. |

COO
Ryon, his wife Kristen and their
three children have moved to Minot from the Cities. Ryon started with
Western Agency, Inc in April 2007 after having worked for TestQuest, John
Deere, and Caterpillar. He is a graduate of NDSU and has his MBA from
Moorhead State.

McLean Farm Lines Manager Bruce, his wife Diana
and their 3 children have moved to Minot from Fargo. Bruce has spent the
past 5 year as an independent agent in the Fargo area and started at Western
Agency in November of 2007. Prior to the insurance business he spent 11
years in the ag chemical business. Bruce is a farm boy from Wheatland, ND
and a graduate of NDSU. |

Agent/Life Department ManagerJim was hired at Western Agency, Inc. in
October 2003 and has over 21 year's experience in the insurance business. Rosie has been Jim's spouse and best friend for 34 years,
and they have two grown sons. They reside just west of Minot. |

ManagerLu started at Western Agency, Inc in November
2003 with 23 year's of experience in the insurance industry as an adjuster,
and is now a fully-licensed agent. Lu and his wife, Leann, live in Minot
with their son Reid. Their daughter, BreeAnna, is a student at NDSU in
Fargo, ND. |

Annette started at Western Agency, Inc. in
February of 2003. Before coming to the Agency, she spent 6 years
working at I. Keatings. Annette lives in Minot with her husband Paul daughter
Hannah and son Logan. |

Brenda Vollmer
Commercial Agent/Bond
Specialist
Brenda and her husband Keith live and farm in the Norwich
area along with their four children: Travis, Jordan, Chandler, and Shayla.
Brenda has many years of commercial secretarial experience, which makes her
a terrific addition to the commercial department. Brenda has been with
Western Agency, Inc. since April of 1999 as a fully licensed agent. |

Jake started at Western Agency, Inc. in
September 2007. He is a newcomer to the insurance industry, but is
looking forward to the challenge. He and his wife Michele live in
Minot.

She is originally from Kenmare. Cherisse received a double major in
Finance & Marketing from MSU. She has also been a licensed
cosmetologist for five years. |

Towner Office Manager
Julie joined our staff in June of 2000. Julie, who has 19
years of insurance experience and is fully licensed, is primarily involved
with our personal lines department. Julie and her husband Donnie live
in Towner and their children Reed and Jennifer live in Minot. |

Glenburn Office Manager
Brenda and her husband Scott farm in the Glenburn area.
She was formerly the office manager at Brady Martz Accounting firm in Minot.
Brenda has been with Western Agency, Inc. since December 1997. She is in charge of policy distribution and is a
fully licensed agent. |

Angie Thompson

After growing up in Oakes and graduating high
school, Angie moved to Fargo and attended NDSU. She graduated in May
2007 majoring in Ag Econ, and took a job in LaMoure at AgCountry Farm Credit
Services. In March 2008, at which time I became employed by Western
Agency in Oakes. She is excited to be back in Oakes, and is looking
forward to learning about the insurance industry.

Oakes Office Manager
Bill, a native of Oakes, will be taking over the Oakes
office when Don retires. He has over 8 years insurance experience as a
claims adjuster and joined the Western Agency, Inc. team in April 2005.
Bill and his wife Tara have 3 children: Alyx, Nicole, and David. Western
Agency is pleased to have Bill on board, and are happy to bring a new family
and children back to the Oakes community. |
