  • Service existing accounts
  • Bills, changes, claims, quoting, application, RCT, work with underwriters, review/renew coverages, warm fuzzy calls
  • Posting policies in agency management system
  • Assist agents in selling new policies
  • Continually read and advance your knowledge of the business
  • Review/renew coverages for existing accounts
  • Know the premium rating procedures for all types of policies
  • Policy analysis
  • Quoting all lines
  • Submit Applications to company
  • Submit Claims to company
  • Input all data into agency database
  • Certificates of insurance and binders of insurance
  • Schedule presentation, delivery and renewal appointments for sales agent

  • Sell new (personal, commercial, farm, crop) policies
  • Service existing accounts

  • Continually read and advance your knowledge of the business
  • Develop good relationships with companies represented
  • Review/renew coverages for existing accounts
